There was an issue with the original item recieved. He was very professional and fixed the issue promply, with good communication. Both the item we accidently received, and the item we ordered were of Fabulous quality! Between the customer service, the amazing quality of the dice, and the one of a kind selections, we will definitely be ordering from him again! Beautiful craftsmanship from a professional! this is the first set of dice i ever bought for myself—and they look so much more beautiful than i would've ever imagined!!! berk is such a kind and attentive seller as well! the first set (discounted) got lost in the mail, so berk reached out and offered to create me a brand new set, free of charge. this is why the color of the numbers is different (gold instead of red)—but i actually like it more like this :) i will have to order more in the future!!!
